Garlic bagel chips (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place bagels on cutting board, bottom side down.
  3. Slice in 1/4 inch slices down the bagel. (or thinner if you like the chips extra crispy).
  4. Slice each piece in half, or approx bite-size pieces. (opt..
  5. Spray each piece lightly with the butter flavored cooking spray, on the front and back.
  6. Throw all the bagel pieces in the bag.
  7. Throw in the garlic powder, salt, and cheese, close the bag, and toss thoroughly.
  8. Place bagel pieces on baking sheet and bakefor 7 minutes, toss them, and bakefor another 7 minutes
