Hot cheese loaf (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In large bowl, combine cheese, sour cream, green onions, undrained green chile peppers, dried beef, pimiento, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
- Cut a 1-inch slice off the top of the bread loaf. Hollow out bread loaf, leaving a 1-inch thick shell.
- Spoon cheese mixture into bread shell.
- Replace bread top.
- Wrap loaf in foil.
- Bakefor 1 1/2 hours or until cheese mixture is heated through.
- Open foil carefully to check doneness.
- Serve warm with corn chips
