Recipe instructions
- Cream melted butter, yogurt and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add egg whites and vanilla. Stir well.
- In a seperate bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix well -- it may seem tough.it will be OK.
- Put cookie dough in a big ball and refridgerate for 2 hours in plastic wrap.
- Flour counter, seperate ball into 2 and roll dough out. Using small cookie cutters, cut out shapes and place on cookie sheet coated w/ cooking spray.
- Bake5-7 minutes Under cook if you want it \fudgy\
