Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut the length of the bacon in half. Open and drain the pineapple. Wrap each chunk of pineapple with a piece of bacon and use a toothpick to keep it wrapped.
- Place the wrap on a metal baking tray with the pineapple facing up. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
- Bakeuntil bacon is cooked. Remove from pan and place on a warm plate or serving tray.
