- Place ingredients in a blender of food processor.
- Pulse until \powdery\.
- Place in container on shelf. Best if stored in cool dry location.
- To prepare: place 1 1/2 tsp of tea blend per 8 ounce cup in a teapot of container with a cover.
- Add very hot to just starting to boil water.
- Cover pot or container and let steep for 5 - 7 minutes.
- Strain.
- Sweeten with Honey if desired and enjoy.
- NOTE: I have also used clove instead of the peppermint for a \warmer\ version of this tea. Both are very good
