Apple spice water (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Slice apples and add to pot with other ingredients.
- Boil on low heat for roughly 2 hours.
- add more water if needed.
- once flavor is consistent remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Pour liquid into pitcher straining off all remaining ingredients.
- Can be refrigerated or drank warm. Some may prefer to water it down even further.
