Recipe instructions
- Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup Sugar.
- 1 cup water.
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low, and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and cool completely. Pour into an airtight container. Store syrup in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
- Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add lime-flavored vodka, blue curacao, lime juice and Simple Syrup. Shake mixture vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with kiwi slices or lime
