Pulmonologists

• Physicians that are trained in the field of pulmonary medicine are called pulmonologists or lung specialists.
• Many of the lung specialists or pulmonary physicians are also trained in the field of critical care or intensive care medicine and or sleep medicine specialists although each physician's training and experience varies.

Conditions

Pulmonologists are physicians that diagnose and treat respiratory and lung problems such as asthma, COPD, pneumonia, lung cancer, aspergillosis, COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases.
