Boca bbq meatloaf (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a microwave safe bowl place Boca Ground Crumbles and heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
- To the crumbles add all ingredients except the 2 tbsp BBQ sauce.
- Mix together and let stand 5 minutes.
- Place mixture in loaf pan.
- Top with remaining 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce.
- Bake35 minutes.
