Big blue meatloaf (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 8F.
- Combine all ingredients except the 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and the wine.
- Mix very well with hands.
- Shape into a loaf shape.
- Place in lightly greased baking pan.
- Bakefor 1 hour, draining grease if necessary.
- Combine remaining barbecue sauce and wine.
- Pour over top of meatloaf.
- Bakean additional 1 hour.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
