Chocolate bliss moisture mask (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine ingredients using just enough yogurt or cream to make a soft paste. The key here is a paste not a liquid. You want it very very thick so it will not run. If the mixture can 'run' off the spoon it will run off your skin.
- Apply to freshly cleansed face and throat.
- Kick back and relax for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a clean soft towel.
