Recipe instructions
- This is made in the pitcher of the blender and poured directly from it.
- Fill about 1/3 with crushed ice, then to 2/3 line with Cran-raspberry juice.
- Add liquor, about 1/3 cup of Southern Comfort and about 2/3 cup Brandy, plus the juice of about 1/2 a lemon. There should be enough booze in it so you can barely taste it.
- Blend at high speed until it's foamy. Then place some ice cubes in fancy glasses, rub the rim with a lemon, and serve. This could be garnished with a sprig of mint.
