Recipe instructions

  1. Crust: Beat the cream cheese and egg whites until smooth.
  2. Add the cream and seasoning.
  3. Grease a 9\x13\ baking dish; spread the crust mix over the bottom as evenly as possible.
  4. Bakeat 375 ?F, 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Topping: Brown the ground beef.
  7. Drain fat.
  8. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and chilies.
  9. Spread mixture over the crust.
  10. Top with cheese.
  11. Reduce oven to 350 ?F and bakefor 20 minutes.
  12. You can serve topped with guacamole or sour cream
