Grilled tilapia (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine all the ingredients (except the fish) in a large glass bowl and whisk until well mixed.
- Make three deep slits on each side of the fish then rub the oil and spice marinade onto and into the fish.
- Place the fish in the bowl and allow to marinade for up to an hour.
- Cook the fish over a barbecue or cook under a grill, turning once or twice. Serve accompanied by African hot sauce.
