Quick manicotti (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Cook shells according to package directions; drain.
- Rinse in cold water; drain and set aside.
- Cook beef and garlic, stirring to crumble until no longer pink.
- Drain off pan drippings.
- Add cottage cheese, mozzarella, salt and mayonnaise to beef; stir well.
- Stuff manicotti shells with meat mixture.
- Arrange shells in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- Combine sauce and oregano.
- Pour sauce over manicotti and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Cover and Bakeat 350 8 for 15 minutes.

Uncover and bakefor an additional 10 minutes.
