Recipe instructions

  1. Place fish in a shallow baking dish, in a single layer.
  2. Sprinkle fish with lemon pepper.
  3. Sprinkle fish with almonds and parsley.
  4. In a small bowl combine butter, wine and lemon juice. Pour over fish.
  5. Cover and bakeat 350 for 10minutes.
  6. Uncover and bakeanother 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes
  8. before serving.
