Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and butter a baking dish or casserole.
- To make the white sauce: Melt butter; blend in flour salt and pepper until fully incorporated. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens.
- Add cheese to white sauce, stirring well until cheese is melted.
- Placed the cleaned fish in buttered baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Pour cheese sauce over all and bakeabout 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
