Romaine avocado salad with lime dressing (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Tear romaine and radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place in large bowl.
  3. Toss with avocado and red onion slices.
  4. Combine lime juice and vinegar in small bowl.
  5. Whisk in Dijon mustard and olive oil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and stir in poppyseeds.
  7. Just before serving, toss salad and dressing together.
