Recipe instructions
- Finely chop onion.
- Mash the garlic and add vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, coriander and olive oil.
- Mix all together in a big bowl.
- Add peppers, chopped, in the mixture and then add the raw chicken wings.
- You can marinate for a stronger taste overnight.
- Place all ingredients in an oven tray and keep at moderate temperature till wings go golden.
- When done, place in serving dish and sprinkle parsley or chopped green onion over wings.
