Natural avocodo dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Peel and de-pit avocados. Place avocado flesh in large bowl.
- Add cream cheese, lime juice, hot sauce and salt.
- Mix together with large spoon.
- Last, add tomatoes and stir once more.
- Cover and chill 20 minutes.
- The longer the avocados stay open to air the more ripe they become. They are best made fresh, as the dip will start to brown in 2 hours, even in the frig.
- You can add or subtract salt, hot sauce, lime juice, tomatoes, and cream cheese to your taste.
