Japanese-style guacamole (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and toss well. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime juice, toss gently. Add avocado, using a large fork or potato masher. Coarsely mash avocado to incorporate making sure to leave the guacamole chunky. Add salt and black pepper. Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with celery, carrot sticks, broccoli, and asparagus
