Wilted dill sacue (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- In heavy stainless pan heat oil, add onion and garlic and sweat until almost beginning to caramelize. If you wish you can use this step to brown chicken or fish in the same pan.
- Add lemon curd, cardamom, and bouillon cube, stirring constantly until thoroughly melted and smooth. Taste and season with salt if you like (I use Herbamare). Toss with chicken or fish if serving.
- Drizzle with half and half, top with chopped dill stems. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Let cook for 5 minutes more to wilt the dill.
-
This is really yummy served over jasmine rice with white asparagus, but I would cook the asparagus separately.
