Pore peeling mask (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- You will need 1 spatula or spoon to spread on your face.
- Microwave the gelatin and milk in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until well mixed.
- Apply a thin layer to your face or t-zone. Allow to set for 10-15 minutes and then peel off, lifting away your blackheads and impurities.
- If like me you don't like the smell of warm milk, try adding a drop of essential oil. Don't stretch your skin while drying or peeling it off & you will get a whole lot more off.
