Chocolate mint body smoother (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine cocoa butter (this will probably be hard so use a spoon or small knife to get it out of the jar), apricot oil and beeswax (if using) in small saucepan.
- Heat on low till melted.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Add vitamin E and peppermint, stirring well.
- Pour into a small container and cool completely, then cap tightly.
