Simple plum chutney (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Combine plums, vinegar, honey and crushed red pepper in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over high heat.
  3. Cover, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the plums start to break down, 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a blender or food processor and pulse several times into a coarse puree.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
