Easy and quick peanut chutney (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Powder the toasted sesame seeds in a spice grinder.
- In a food processor place the peanuts, chilies, yogurt, garlic powder, salt, water, and powdered sesame seeds. Puree.
- Taste and adjust seasonings or consistancy if needed.
- Variations: A little unsweetened coconut can also be added to the food processor when making the chutney. You may also end with a tarka of either northern or southern Indian spices to drizzle on top of the chutney (or stir into it). Any leftover peanut chutney is great stirred into coconut chutney
