Recipe instructions

- Nutty Variation: Mix together all the ingredients, except for garnish, with the egg yolks, spoon into the whites and garnish with paprika and gerkhin slices.
- Garlic and Green Peppercorn Variation: Mix the garlic, creme fraiche, egg yolks and seasoning. Place in piping bag and pipe into the egg white. Sprinkle with the peppercorns
