Berry blue sailboats (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Needed:
  2. 4 colored wooden toothpicks.
  3. 4 triangular paper \sails\.
  4. 4 clear plastic cup, \rocks\ glass type.
  5. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in small bowl at least 2 minute until completely dissolved.
  6. Add cold water; stir.
  7. Pour into 4 individual glass bowls.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Top evenly with peaches just before serving.
  10. Insert toothpick \mast\ through each paper \sail.\
  11. Insert in peaches to resemble sailboats.
