Pistachio pudding salad (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cook gelatin according to package instruction, depending on the firmness you desire.
  2. Cool and cube gelatin.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat pistachio pudding with half and half or milk till blended.
  4. Add in gelatin cubes, pineapple tidbits and chopped pistachios.
  5. Chill at least 6 hours for flavors to blend.
  6. Heavenly!.
