Finger jello (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Spray 9x13\ pan with pam.
  2. Dissolve unflavoured gelatin in 1 cup cold water and set aside.
  3. In saucepan, bring 1 cup water to boil.
  4. Add jello and sugar.
  5. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  6. Add gelatin mixture and stir.
  7. Add 1/2 cup cold water and let set.
  8. When it is set, you can easily cut it into squares.
