Spiced meat logs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Mix spices together.
  2. Add water to the spices.
  3. Mix with the ground hamburger, mix well.
  4. Form into 3 or 4 rolls, depending on how\fat\ you make them.
  5. Cover rolls with foil.
  6. Refrigerate 24 hours.
  7. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  8. Bakethe sausage rolls for 2 hours in oven.
  9. Cooland drain off any fat.
  10. (wrap paper towels around them to absorb any grease, after they are completely cool).
