Lamb kebobs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Prep: If using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium high. Cut up meat.
- Mix meat, 1/4 c olive oil and salt and pepper in a bowl until coated. Thread cubes on skewers. Meat should touch but not be squashed together.
- Place skewers directly over heat, cook 2-4 minutes for each of 4 sides.
- Slide lamb off skewers into a bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil, and marjoram. Mix to coat. Serve.
