Classic fettuccini alfredo (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- In saucepan, melt butter medium.
- Add garlic, cream, pepper, & salt, and bring to simmer. Do not allow to boil.
- Add cheese & simmer 8 minutes until thickened.
- Bring 5 qts water to boil. Add pasta.
- Cook paste per package directions & drain.
- Spoon pasta onto individual. Pour sauce over each and top with shredded parmesan.
