Potato chip salmon (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Place the salmon on foil and broil for 8 minutes.
- While the salmon is broiling crush the potato chips, add bread crumbs with the dill and mix together.
- Place on the salmon after it has been broiled for the 8 minutes and broil 1 minute more or until brown, watch carefully.
- Slide the salmon off the foil unto your favorite plate.
