Aachar

Aachar is term used for any of the many spicy, South Asian or Indian pickles which are mainly made with vegetables and fruits like mango, lime, green chilies etc.

  • Made mostly during the summer in India, they are a spicy and delightful addition to the Indian meal.
  • One has to get familiar with the strong flavors of most pickles, so do try one.

Some of the brands of pickles to look for are Priya pickles, Bedekar pickles and Nirav pickles.
