Sugar free spiced almonds (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 f.
- Line cookie sheet with non stick foil.
- In stand mixer, with wire attachment, whip egg white and water til very frothy.
- Mix in truvia, salt and cinnamon.
- On low speed, mix in almonds.
- Spread nuts on prepared cookie sheet.
- Bakefor 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes - stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool - enjoy.
