Grain free cheese-it crackers (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- 1. Mix flour, paprika, salt and olive oil together.
- 2. Add water gradually to make a dough ball that you can roll between parchment paper or silicon mats. You may need more flour if you add the entire 1/4 cup of water. I had to add a little more flour.
- 3. Roll into a rectangle between two sheets of parchment paper (or silicon mats).
- 4. Remove the top sheet and cut the dough to look like cheese its.
- 5. Sprinkle some coarse salt on top.
- 6. Bakeat 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until crisp and slightly puffed.
- 7 Let crackers cool completely on a wire rack and separate them.
- 8. Store in airtight container for up to one week.
- Variations: You can add a variety of herb combinations such as jalapeno and cilantro, etc.
