Egg biscuits (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs together with buttermilk and sour cream in a smaller bowl. Slowly add the liquid mixture to dry, mixing as one would pie crust. Stop adding liquid when the consistency is like that of a fairly soft pie dough. Roll the dough out to about 3/4 inch. Cut into biscuits. Bakefor 15 minutes or until well browned.
