Egg biscuits (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs together with buttermilk and sour cream in a smaller bowl. Slowly add the liquid mixture to dry, mixing as one would pie crust. Stop adding liquid when the consistency is like that of a fairly soft pie dough. Roll the dough out to about 3/4 inch. Cut into biscuits. Bakefor 15 minutes or until well browned.
