Corn bread (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat your oven on 400 degrees.
- Grease Muffin pan or cookie sheet. But I use the paper baking cups but i am using a cake pan to make the corn bread.
- Get a small bowl and mix the 2 egg and add 2 cups of the 1/3 cup of milk and 2 teaspoons of vanilla and last but not lease add the JIFFY corn muffin in the bowl the batter would be slight.
- put it in the 19x8 pan and make sure it is even. then put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- when the 15-20mins are up stick a toothpick in the middle and to see did it come out clean then take a stick a butter and add butter on top of the corn bread and then when 5mins are up take out of the oven and cut cup into 8 triangles and enjoy
