Spicy cornbread twist (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 8F
- In pie plate in the oven, melt butter.
- Remove from oven.
- On wax paper, mix corn meal and ground red pepper.
- Roll bread sticks in butter then in corn meal mixture.
- Twist bread sticks and place on large cookie sheet.
- Bake15 to 18 minutes.
- Makes 8 bread sticks.
