Baked cheese and spinach slk fel kousha (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cook spinach in small amount of water for 3 minutes. Drain and press out excess liquid.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add onion and meat. Stir fry, adding salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add water and spinach and cook for additional 5 minutes. Put mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Bakein 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
