Bryan's garlic dill pickles (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Use the first 5 ingredients in the brine. Mix and boil for a minimum of 15 minutes. Let set for awhile!
- Add the other ingredients to a large mason jar. Thinly slice the veggies and add to the jar.
- Strain and pour the brine over the jar and let cool.
- Once room temperature, put in the fridge.
- Wait 24 hours and enjoy.
