Buckeyes! (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Cream together the softened butter and peanut butter. Add the powdered sugar. Mix until the powdered sugar is completely mixed. Mixture will look like the color of peanut butter and will be crumbly. Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Heat the chocolate almond bark according to the package. After stabbing a peanut butter ball with a toothpick, dip it into the chocolate. Put the Buckeye onto a wax paper lined cookie tray. Store Buckeyes in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
- Easy to halve the batch. Time consuming to roll out all the peanut butter balls but totally worth the effort!.
