Crunchy appleslaw (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Slice 1 lb apples into thin sticks. Mix with 2 green chopped green onion and celery stalks, and a few handfuls of the grated vegetables of your choice.
- Mix together with Miracle whip, 1-2 tsp, spice and chopped toasted nuts, Italian seasoning with walnuts, ground ginger with pecans, curry powder with almonds, and cumin with cashews. Toss with apple mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to blend flavors.
