Mama king's easy fritata (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Butter 2 9X9 baking pans (glass works great).
- Break eggs into mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Mix well.
- Layer bacon bits, ham and vegetables in order listed in baking pans.
- Sprinkle 1/4 Cup cheese over each.
- Divide egg mixture evenly between both pans.
- Bakeat 375 35 minutes, or until eggs are cooked.
- Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese.
- Slice each fritata into 6 pieces. Serve with green salad, fruit, and sauteed squash
