Spicy cajun style cod (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Drizzle cod fillets with lemon juice.
  2. Saltl and pepper to taste.
  3. Rub fillets with cajun spices and coat well.
  4. In very hot skillet, cook fillets in butter for 4 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from skillet and serve immediately.
  6. Serve with sour cream, carrot and zucchini cut into julienne.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill.
