Cajun stuffed oysters (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Brown sausage slowly in a heavy pot; add oysters, parsley and green onion tops and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add bread crumbs (you may not need all of them), butter and lemon juice and mix well. If not moist enough, add some oyster liquid.
- Add salt and pepper, if necessary, and stuff mixture into oyster shells (can use ramekins or custard cups); place in a shallow pan and bakeat 350 8F for 25 minutes.
