Cajun stuffed oysters (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Brown sausage slowly in a heavy pot; add oysters, parsley and green onion tops and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add bread crumbs (you may not need all of them), butter and lemon juice and mix well. If not moist enough, add some oyster liquid.
  3. Add salt and pepper, if necessary, and stuff mixture into oyster shells (can use ramekins or custard cups); place in a shallow pan and bakeat 350 8F for 25 minutes.
