Sweet and sour cocktail franks (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine sweet and sour sauce, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and chili oil in medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Add cocktail franks; cover and cook until heated through.
- Transfer to a chafing dish; sprinkle with cilantro or chives.
- Can also be made in the crockpot. Mix all ingredients and let simmer several hours on low heat.
