Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl combine sauerkraut, caraway seeds and mustard. Spoon sauerkraut mixture in bottom of 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Place corned beef on top. Spread dressing over corned beef and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with bread and/or crackers.
