Aspic for pates & terrines (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of Broth in a saucepan& sprinkle the Gelatin on top.
  2. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat until the gelatin has melted.
  4. In another saucepan heat the remaining broth& wine to the boiling point and combine the two liquids.
  5. Chill until syrupy and almost settled.
